How do I report a mistake or issue with an exercise?

If a question within a set of practice exercises, a quiz, a unit test, or a course challenge isn't working correctly, it's best to notify our Khan Academy Content team using the Report a problem link in its lower right-hand corner.

This allows the Content team to see exactly which question you were working on and what steps you took when trying to solve it. 

If the issue isn't specific to that one particular question, please submit a support request through the Help Center describing the steps you took and provide screenshots if possible.
