I meet all of the Khanmigo requirements, but it's saying that I'm under 18 years old. What should I do?
If you are above 18 years old and followed the steps to sign up for Khanmigo, but are seeing the below screen saying you are under 18, it is possible that your birthday is either incorrect or not set on your account.
In any of those cases, Khan Academy will recognize you as being under the age of 18 and will prevent you from signing up.
To fix this, please follow the below steps:
- Log into your Khan Academy account.
- Visit your settings page.
- Double-check the correct birthday listed.
- Click "Save Changes"
If you’re under the age of 18, please ask your parent or guardian to subscribe to Khanmigo. They can provide you with Khanmigo through their account. Here is more information about how this process works.
