How do I view my students' Khanmigo chat history?

If you and your students have Khanmigo enabled on your accounts, you can easily view their chat transcripts. 

In order to see your student’s Khanmigo chat transcripts, log into your Teacher account at Khan Academy and follow the steps below: 

1. Click your name in the top right corner and select “Teacher Dashboard.” 
2. From the Teacher Dashboard, click on the “Students” tab in the middle of your screen.

3. Click on the name of the student you would like to view the transcripts of. This will take you to that student’s Learner Home
4. Click on “Chat History” under the “Khanmigo” section on the panel at the left-hand side of the screen.

Here, you will see a list of all past conversations your student has had with Khanmigo. Any interactions that were flagged by the moderation system will have a red disclaimer under them.

From here you can click on any of the conversations and read through them.
