For some reason, several of the last notifications I've had over the past few weeks are all stuck on "unseen".

This makes the webpage show me the dot that I have unread notifications 24/7 even after I've viewed them.

I've updated the page, closed the tab and opened a new one, etc... Still there :P

Hi Gamar,

Once you've clicked on the notification, you may need to give the page several seconds to fully load in order for the notification to be marked as read. You may also need to try logging out and logging back in.

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket so we can take a closer look at the issue!
