Khan Academy tends to round up. You could be a couple months away still, unless you have an exact date.

Like Quinn said, the display rounds to the nearest month/year once you've been a member for a while, so even though it says 2 years your account might have created less than exactly 2 years ago.

If you are sure your account is old enough, please submit a support ticket and we can verify your account age and manually award the badge.

I know what is wrong. It is because you have to click the "Check for new badges and avatars button". Trust me, I learned this the hard way XD
