Whenever I open to see my badges, I always see this: (My connection is very strong)

Could you please drop me a link to your account, so i can get it checked out using some inspect element?
It could be a glitch on KA's end since your connection is strong as you said.
Edit: I followed the link in the screenshot to find your account. Your badges are showing up as normal. Please clear your cache, restart your device or wifi, or contact KA Support for more help.
