Practice Problems Not Fully Loading

My grandson can't always load the Geometry practices fully. When it is not working, he gets partial sentences. For instance, the stated problem leaves out the angle names or line segments that are being referred to. It works fine on my computer, whether I am logged in as myself or as him. Re-starting his computer does not help.
