What counts as "off-topic"?
I recently got a message from a guardian called "Chris" saying "we are working hard to make sure that our video discussions are high quality, and we notice that you've made some off-topic posts." and "you should delete your off-topic posts".
I'm not 100% sure on what posts I should delete. I recently made 2 comments about European football (called soccer in the USA) on a KA computer program about a basketball tournament. Looking back at it now, those comments did seem off-topic, so I've deleted them. However, I'm not sure if the comments that I deleted were the only comments that I should've deleted, since Chris (the KA guardian) did not point out specific posts that I've made, he just mentioned that some were off-topic. Because of that, I'm worried of the possibility that my account could get removed/hidden.
I’m wondering if anyone could give me more information on how to prevent that. I won’t delete random posts that I posted without being sure that they should be deleted. However, I’m 100% willing to cooperate with any KA guardians, and deleting any of my posts if they tell me to do so.
Another thing I will mention is that I actually can’t seem to find the Guidelines for KA discutions. I can only find the Guidelines for the KACP (Khan Academy Computer Programming) part of the platform. I might be missing something obvious, but if anyone knows where I could find those guidelines, I would like to know.
On top of that, any responses would be useful, but i would like at least one response from a guardian since I don't think anyone else would be able to respond to respond to the first/second paragraphs of this post with 100% certainty.
Thank you, Best regards.
