I am not sure if I understood exactly what you mean - is this a problem that is happening in the mobile app? Is still occurring? If so, I kindly request you to please explain a little further what you mean or even post a screenshot so we can have a better visual reference. And, of course, you can always submit a support ticket to get the help from one of our support agents.
