Students' SAT skills are resetting

Students are working on skills that Khan suggests for them. The 3 skills & mini-section. I have had 5 + students say that the skills have reset at the top before taking the timed mini-section. Why is that happening? How can I fix that from happening?

Hi Samantha,

Their skill progress can go down if they get a question (or multiple questions) incorrect on the practice activities. If they've gotten all of the questions right and the skill progress continues to reset, please report the problem via a support ticket.
