Help with trouble reading and mixing up numbers

I've been stuck on the same 6th grade Unit test because every time I take it I have, without fail, misremembered, mixed up, miswrote, miscalculated, or misinput the numbers in one or more problems on said test. I have taken it ... 6 times? and each time, despite coming to feel very well that I understand the content, I continue to get wrong answers because of my problems with handling the numbers. When it happens I just wish that I can restart the Unit test without having to go back all over the past exercises, because i understand them, but I am not given an option to restart. I guess this may just be a "me" issue but it's so frustrating and demotivating. does anyone have any advice, or resources on how to deal with this? or if anyone has personal experience with it, what you do about it? i guess i could just move on from the test without 100%ing it if i have to :~(
