Could you please submit a support ticket for this issue? In the description field, please include their account username and their correct birthdate so that we can make these changes for you.

phoward Did your teachers create the accounts for the students? In this case, the created accounts should default to being U13 accounts automatically.
If you have a large number of students with incorrect birthdates, the best option is to have the teachers re-create the accounts for them manually or via Google Classroom. If the students don't have a birthdate set at all, they can update their birthdate themselves via their account settings, which will then allow the teachers to modify the accounts assuming they are U13.

If the students have over 13 accounts, I am afraid that teachers won't be able to change their birthdates as users set as over 13 are allowed to manage their own settings.
