Error in Challenge: Viewer engagement, Intro to CS: Python, Unit 7, Lesson 1
In step 2 of Challenge: Viewer engagement, Unit 7, Lesson 1, the question was slightly misleading. These were the instructions:
STEP 2
Weigh views
How should Lani measure engagement? She wants to use the metrics to calculate a score for each video, where a higher score means viewers engaged with the video more.
Lani notices that a lot of people clicked on the "Atoms" video, but not many stuck around until the end. Sounds like it wasn't that engaging! To better measure video quality, Lani decides she should weigh the number of views by the average percent watched.
- Modify
scoreto multiply a video’sviewsby itsavg_percent_watched.
You’ll need to access the avg_percent_watched attribute of the video being scored. Pay attention to what value you're multiplying. Remember the order of operations!
I multiplied avg_percent_watched by views, but it still said: Update the score formula to multiply the video's views by its avg_percent_watched attribute.
I think the question should have been: 'Modify score to be the product of avg_percent_watched and views, plus 10 times the number of comments'.
Hope this gets fixed soon. Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Samarth
