If KA cared what classroom teachers thought, they would have had some classroom teachers test KA Reimagined before forcing it on everyone, but there's no indication they did that.

I don't know why you are having difficulty; I just changed my bio and it saved just fine. You may need to make a recording of how it's not working and then Report a problem in the Help Center so KA...
