Khan Academy login not working, repeatedly displaying error saying that website has trouble loading user data.

same issue. looking through the tech issues history this has happened before. Its an issue on their side, there is nothing we can do about it.

Same here! Someone told me it was from the Extension for KA, and I uninstalled it, but it still nothing happened.

Being banned works differently, you can still log into your account and do stuff, just not comment or make public projects.

Yeah, its an issue with the KA servers.

It sounds like Khan Academy did not put up the banner at the top of the page to let users know that the website/app itself was having problems?

Does anyone agree with me that they should do that if they know they are having problems?

JaniceHolz Anytime an incident is posted on the status page, the alert banner is automatically shown to all users on the site.

I am teacher and our distract only uses Microsoft. Since January 2026, most of my students have been trying to log in, but login is not working. When they click on forget password, thy are not receiving any response, if they try to create a new account, it says that admin approval required.
