I have a student who gets the same error message at home. Has there been any ideas on how to resolve this?

The student has no trouble logging in when they are at school, but at home it does not seem to be working.

Can you have the student log out, clear their browser cache, and then log back in? If that doesn't work, would you be able to share a link to the specific page that the student is trying to access?
