Unfortunately, the discussion features are not yet available on the mobile app. To see and make comments, you need to be using a desktop device. If you don't have access to a desktop device, you can also access khanacademy.org in your mobile device's web browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.) to be able to use the discussion features.
