Proposal to reduce Data Usage and save internet Bandwidth On the KA app

I have a great idea to reduce the data used by videos on the Khan Academy app. This method will involve sending text over the connection instead of the HD Pictures(the frames that make up the video). This text will be converted back to video format at the user end by the KA app.However this method will work only for the videos which are done using the black background and the usual multi-colour pen.
