Program View Counter, May Help Lower Vote Soliciting By Small Amount

So, I was looking over my old programs, and found something where I accidentally vote solicited something. I remember one of the reasons I said I did it for was partially because I want to know how many times people have actually seen my program, as I want to show others my interests such as Undertale, and have the satisfaction knowing that. So my point is, KA should really have a views counter that shows how many individual people have seen your projects. However, if someone views a project multiple times, maybe don’t add more views? It would make it easier for the creator to tell the amount of unique people who have seen it, or at least be able to see different counters with separate values. And, perhaps have Views play a role in projects getting to the Hotlist? Because I have noticed that a few people seem to forget to vote my programs up after checking them out when they normally would. What does everyone think? Would a views counter be worth it? Also, for the transition to the Views system, maybe set the Views to the amount of votes on older projects? Or, only have the counter pop up in new projects.
