Blockchain based degree system

 Hi community,

there are many distance learning universities which offer degrees like bachelor or master.

I was wondering what it's all about. It's basicly about passing authenticated tests of an officially respected institution (in this case an university).

During the past years, a new authentification system came across: blockchain. It is a public system to get documents authenticated.

So, why not using the blockchain technology to give students an official degree comparable to university's degree?

The only thing is, that there is a need for people who supervice the learning process and monitor the tests. For this, we can a place former students under the obligation to do this for free in exchange that they get a degree.
