Make problems and hints more friendly to accessibility features

Since Khan Academy does not have an option for the questions to be read aloud, and most of my students are struggling or non readers who cannot access math problems without hearing the questions, I show them how to use accessibility features on their Chromebooks to read the questions and answer choices to them, BUT the hidden hint text is somehow embedded in the question itself, so after reading the question, the entire hint is read aloud, and then the answer choices. And the feature highlights text as it's read, so students see where they are in the problem, and then all of sudden it's reading and highlighting invisible text before they get to the answers. It's very distracting and confusing. Correcting this issue would go a long way until Khan has a read aloud feature.
