Student cannot log in
I have a student who cannot log into his Khan Academy account. It is linked through google using his school's email account. When he selects the "log in with google" option, it is prompting him to claim his account by entering his password. He enters his Gmail account password and gets an error saying that it is incorrect. He has entered his email account into the box where he is asked to reset his password, however, the security settings set by the admin at our school do not allow him to receive emails outside of the organization. This student is over 13 so I am not permitted to change his settings. What can we do. He does not have a personal email account to use and we seem to be at a stand-still.
