Time stamps accurate?

The assignment timestamps are recorded as soon as the student completes the assignment. There may be a delay between when the student completes the assignment and when you see the score on your account, but the timestamp of when the assignment was completed should be correct.

If the student is in a different time zone or is using a VPN, it's possible (but unlikely) the timestamps could be inaccurate, but I couldn't say for sure without investigating a little further. There's also a chance that the assignment wasn't marked as complete due to a bad internet connection, not being signed in, etc., but in that situation a timestamp wouldn't have been recorded at all.
