Documentation Helper (List of suggestions under the words you are typing )

If you watch old video's on the KA PJS Web Editor, sometimes you might notice a Documentation Helper(List of suggestions under the code you are typing), I was wondering if there was a way to reactivate it, as it is retired.  I know the code has not been removed from KA because sometimes when you open a new program immedietly start writting a one line comment then a letter, the documentation helper might pop-up.  I was wondering if there was a way to use DevTools to manually reactivate it when I am programming.  I attatched a screenshot of what it looks like.  I'll look in to it more and if I find out I'll be sure to post the answer(unless one of the guardians has a problem with me posting it)
