Import PSAT 8/9 and get personalized study plan

My daughter's PSAT 8/9 test results say that I can go to satpractice.org and share the results for a free personalized study plan. So here is that page below. There is a section for a "A tailored practice plan" as shown below, but this has no links and there is no place on this whole page that shows me how to import her results and get a plan. Not user friendly. What should I do. Please be specific. Thank you.
