Is there a way a "student" account can be blocked from seeing the answers to their questions from previous attempts until AFTER they achieve a specific score on the assignment/activity/test? I have recently been dealing with a spate of cheating by students just giving each other answers once they get them wrong and can see the full record of correct responses.

I understand why you would like to restrict your students from accessing their score results after finishing an assignment. However, we don't have a way to restrict an account from being able to review their assignments' results.
One thing you could try to avoid this from happening is to assign a different set of exercises to your students, this way they won't get the same questions and it'll be harder for them to share the correct answers.
