Student completed work not showing up on teacher dashboard

I have a student who completes work and it does not show up on my teacher dashboard.  I can look at it on her screen and her assignments are all completed.  On my end, it shows no completion and no attempts.  She is logged in to her account.  I even tried deleting her and adding her back into the classroom.  Any ideas?
