Not Earning Badges When Supposed to

Hi Kaiden,

 

Sometimes the badges aren't awarded automatically, so you'll have to manually trigger the system to check for any new badges that you may have earned. To do this, go to your profile page and click the "Check for new badges and avatars" button on the badge widget.

If that doesn't work, please submit a support ticket and we can verify that you've earned the badge and then manually award it to you.
