Voting Up

Hi! I was wanting to submit a request on the number of times we're allowed to vote per hour. I'm sure many people are mad that they can only vote up to 10 programs per hour which isn't a lot. My request was that Khan Academy could possibly raise the limit of votes were allowed per hour. I hope you include this with your next update and take a look at possibly making this change for users on Khan Academy.
