App not working on Google pixel 4a

I just got a Google pixel 4a and am trying to set the app up on my phone, and the phone doesn't display the full app screen so that I can't click "okay" while attempting to set up a new child profile. Is there a way to change the resolution size of the app when it opens so that I can view the full screen?
