I have some great news to share with you!
Based on feedback that you and other teachers shared with our team, Khan Academy has just launched a new feature that will allow you to edit multiple assignments at once! We know that things are constantly changing in the classroom, and we wanted to make it easier for you to adjust coursework when you need to!
In addition to that feature, we’ve added the ability to schedule assignments for a future date and time. We hope you will enjoy these new features, and we welcome any feedback you have about them.

I'm sorry, there's not. It's a four-step process to change each individual assignment, which means you'll spend a while doing all 36.
When I have a large batch to change, I quickly check to see if anyone has already done them. As long as nobody has done it, I can just delete and reassign faster than I can change each individual assignment.
