The Grade 6-9 has a misprint of lights out from 8a-9a. It should be 8p-9p. A small misprint I know but I didn't know how else to point this out. I know most will know it's a misprint but just pointing it out.

The high-schoolers' bedtime should be much earlier than 11:00 pm if they are to get up at 8:00 am (a 9-hour night)! Compare this with your recommendation that middle-schoolers get 12 hours' sleep, or 33% more sleep every night!
According to the National Sleep Foundation (NSF), three-quarters or more of high-school students are sleep-deprived, rarely getting even 8.5 hours' sleep. As shown on the NSF informational sheet (https://www.sleepfoundation.org/articles/teens-and-sleep), especially in the bold graphic with recommended sleep times for kids aged 14 -17: The TYPICAL recommended amount for teens is 9 hours, with a core range of 8 - 10 hours and a wider range of 7 - 11 hours. If lights are turned out at 11:00 pm and it takes 15 minutes to fall asleep, then kids will have 8.75 hours' sleep (less than the recommended 9 hours, and LESS THAN HALF of the range) if they are going to get up at 8:00 am, which is suggested by the PDF schedule. Instead, they need to have lights out by 10:00 pm at the *very latest* (allowing for up to 10 hours' sleep).
