I searched for this but found nothing relevant:

There is a tooltip at the top of your videos that appears when it starts and indicates the "energy points" that are being earned. I personally do not care about this and find it a bit annoying that i need to hover over the video a couple times to get it to go away. It gets in the way of the lesson.
