If you are talking about the Official SAT Practice, it isn't available on the Khan Academy app at the moment.
If you attempted to update the app and experienced an issue, I would recommend that you send a support ticket to our Support Team and explain to them what you are experiencing so that they can work with you to find a solution. When filling out the support ticket, be sure to include as much relevant detail as you can.
