Problems disappear when using scratchpad

I reported it too... So frustrating!

Well, they do not care very much because it still happens with the last update. I guess not enough people complained.

I just followed up with a second “report a problem” ticket asking them for a specific reason why this has not yet been corrected, more than a month after I reported it. I even gave them some possible reasons, including they haven’t identified the cause (understandable), it will be rolled out on such-and-such-a-date, they have higher priorities such as new school year content, or it’s done but they are waiting to roll it out with a bunch of other changes that may take a while (which I hinted was something they should reconsider and roll out now). I’ll try to get on here and let people know if I get a specific response.

This should be a priority , I mean, it's not just a random bug that crashes the app or something like that, this just makes the app unusable.

I got a new update for my iPad app on Friday, September 14, and this issue has been fixed. This version has some other changes that are related to the new mastery system, so either it took a while for them to figure out what was causing this to happen, or they decided to wait to roll this out with other changes (what I feared would happen).
