That project was created before you updated the birthdate on your account, so it has some age-restrictions on it. Unfortunately, there's not a way for me to remove these restrictions.

If you want the project to be accessible to others via the link, you will need to copy-paste the code into a new project. Any new projects that you create won't have these restrictions.
