Physical Chemistry Please?

Physical Chemistry (PChem) is touted as the most difficult course sequence any chemistry major will take during their college career. Actually, I Googled "How to do well in Pchem," out of curiosity and answers like "general chemistry on steroids...impossible...nobody is allowed to get an A in Pchem...etc" popped up. This is quite discouraging, but obviously untrue. Khan Academy's belief that anybody can learn anything if the pedagogy is sufficiently structured and accessible gives me hope, and I think you guys could do an awesome job of breaking the basics of PChem down and giving us the tools to build back up to the upper levels of understanding and application.
