Those look cool, good job. But I don't think KA will add these, because of aggressive final forms.

New avatars are always welcome, especially if Khan Academy can get another dark-themed avatar. Perhaps KA could also get a light-themed avatar?

I really like these, i do, its just that i don't think that the eyes help. They look aggressive and that reduces the chance of them becoming avatars. The bird might make it, But it looks mad, try making them look happy instead of angry. That's my suggestion.
