So I have a function that can get a value through Function.

function $(e) { return sq.constructor('return ' + e)(); }
var context = $('new (window.webkitAudioContext || window.AudioContext)');

I'm using this to create oscillator sounds in the PJS environment. Is this allowed?

Squishy's Piano Roll used eval, but this uses Function which is considered safer according to the documentation:

I'm pretty sure using the Web Audio API is only allowed for HTML programs on Khan Academy. The guidelines under PJS programs state that...

"Programs should only create sounds using the `playSound/getSound` functions, with the sounds listed in the soundpicker."

The HTML guidelines, however, say...

"Webpages should only create sounds using the files available to ProcessingJS programs or the Web Audio API oscillator"
