Broken program canvas's

If it helps to know, I didn't have that issue when I ran a Python program on Chrome earlier today.

Seems like only a few members have the issue, My best guess is the internet used (Starlink for me)

Also having this issue. Seems to be caused by a 403 error from a request made to the varnish cache. (Also using Starlink)

Also having the issue on all 3 of my computers with multiple browsers.  On Starlink as well, but used a different ISP and it worked fine.

It does seem to be an issue with Starlink connecting with KA. My guess is that Sstarlink has some sort of shield down to cause the problem.

I am in need of coding so I am in the process of creating my own code editor that is similar enough to be compatible with KA's 

I just switched to Starlink this week and I'm having the same issue! I'm glad I found people having the same issue. I'll run a Hotspot from my phone to comfirm to isolate the issue to Starlink and will come back with an update.

Ok, I just confirmed the issue isolation. I connected with my phone's Hotspot and the coding lesson worked as intended. It does have issues when I'm on the Starlink ISP. 
This needs to be looked into!

Thanks Ramon, always good to have more confirmation. I opened a support ticket a few days ago. I would think there must be a lot of people utilizing KA via Starlink.

According to a post in another thread about Starlink,

The reason why Starlink users are getting the issue is because the satellite you connect with is connecting to the nearest place on earth that it can so as it rotates your IP address is constantly changing which with the new KA anti-botting makes it look like a bot.

Me and my students are facing the same 403 issue even with using hotspot but we're not using starlink. However, it works on mobile using data

Do you know what Internet provider you are using?

With this type of thing KA either takes forever for a fix or they just ignore it because it isn't a majority.

I'm using Unify (Malaysia government cable)

Currently using university wifi and it doesnt work either

If a bunch of users used Report a Problem to report on this to KA staff, maybe they would pay attention.  (I've noticed many Support Community posts never get a response from KA staff, and I'm not sure whether they all even get read by KA staff.)

Yes. (the forwarded message piece was by me) Firefox VPN does work.

I also opened a support ticket.  They came back requesting more info which I provided.   Fingers crossed.

I sent used the Report a Problem to report to the KA staff, hopefully they can get things sorted out. :D

Yes I have found a simple workaround. If you have Firefox as a browser you can use a built in VPN to fix the issue. My guess is that it works for other VPN's but that one is free so I'm using it.

I have the same problem with Starlink.
DebugRanger: What VPN are you using that is built in on Firefox? I can’t figur out how to get it to work.

Here is the top right of my firefox browser, click the VPN button, let me know if you don't see it though.

Thanks. I did not see the button, but all of my projects started working again . I don’t know what I did but it worked.

Did you end up pressing the button? (I assume so) You'll have to re-enable the VPN after each time you completely close the browser. But I hope I was able to help!

I think I figured it out. I didn’t see the button so I kept fiddling. I went to settings and turned on private relay and it worked.

I am also having this issue in Chrome, however it does work in Opera with VPN.

Yes! A VPN works with this problem. 

I use Starlink myself and the VPN worked to fix it.   I use Express VPN if that helps.
