test scores not showing

I'm not KA staff, but I suggest if he takes another quiz or test that he either make a recording of taking it, or make some screenshots as evidence of taking it.  Then you'll have evidence you can submit with your Report in the Help Center.

You or he could even experiment with a quiz in a course he's not planning to take, such as 2nd grade math or MCAT.

Hi Matthew, I am not KA staff either, but I would also ask him to make sure he was properly signed in, as progress can sometimes be lost without an account with Khan Academy.  Another possibility is he could have dual or more accounts and his progress may have been saved through another account.  My recommendation would be to verify one account being used and retry the quiz to see if the results show as designed. If the problem persists, definitely contact the Help Center to see if they can assist you further.

We see this kind of situation fairly frequently, and it could be due to a few scenarios. Please verify the following:

• Your son is finishing his assignments while logged into his account.

• There aren’t any other accounts he could possibly be using.
