Stop deleting users and projects after two years

Are you willing to donate money and carbon-offsets for storing the projects (80-95% of which are probably very basic) of people who have not used the site in over 2 years?  Also, I don't think they always delete users after 24 months, since I cannot find any evidence that I used KA between 2017 April and 2020 January, or 2020 May and 2024 July, yet my 2015 projects are still here.

Maybe a more reasonable request would be to keep projects that got over a certain number of votes, such as 10.
