Hi! When I make changes to my HTML programs and save them, they don't save. It will say 'saving...' for a few seconds, and then my computer says 'page unresponsive'. I've already tried restarting my computer and internet several times, and it still hasn't been working for 4 days. Please help :/ ~ Snow Cat / Lily
Make sure you’re using a standard and up to date browser. Next, make sure you don’t have any settings on their non default which you don’t understand. If neither of these work, try using another device. If that still doesn’t work, it could be an error connected to your account somehow or an error in the KA backend code itself.

@Lucy I'm on a chromebook which is the only device i can code on (i have a tablet, but coding wont work on it) ;-;
@Quinn Hardbrook I have a school computer (chromebook), and it was working a few days ago, up until 5 days ago, and i havent changed any settings that i know of- ;-;
