Hi,

My students ask if you would please put the assigned tasks in order so that videos are at the start correspond with the quiz that comes after. They are not in order when they access it.

I assign them the tasks, however, they come in random orders, and it's a bit frustrating for them.

Eg: I assign "La notion de multiplication et division" and when I assign, the tasks are in order, but when they appear on the student's home page, they seem to be randomly organised.

Hi Joannie,

The assignments list on the student view is sorted by due date, so the items that are due the soonest should appear at the top of the assignments list for them. Unfortunately there isn't a way to specify a different assignment order, but you can use the due dates as a tool to control the order in which the assignments appear.

For example, if you have a video and a quiz that the students need to complete, you can set the due date on the video to be at 11:58pm and the due date on the quiz to be at 11:59pm. This will then cause the video to be displayed before the quiz in the students' assignment list.
