my child can't log in

I am having the exact same issue! I wish I had answers for you, but hopefully some answers will come here soon.

my son had Khan set up through last years school. teacher. he never did Khan at home until distance learning, when his teacher verbally told him how to log in from home over a video call, we never had a hardcopy of his log in or password. the computer autosaved his password and we were able to continue access, we are homeschooling now and luckily I wrote down his user name, but I was afraid if I logged him out he'd loose his account and place- as I still don't have his password and I have to have school access to reset the password. I cannot link him to a parent account because it requires Clever access which we no longer have as homeschoolers. 

the only info I have is a user name.

is it possible to regain access?
