Can't hear video

Thanks for posting. Here are a few things you can try to solve the issue:

• Check if the tab volume is muted (sometimes that's easy to forget)
• Confirm player volume is up on the video
• Refresh the page a few times/open a new tab
• Restart your device (sometimes this clears audio problems)
• Update the browser if possible
• Update flash player if possible
• Check your speaker settings by following the steps at the bottom of this thread
