I have two khan academy accounts

Can you provide a little more context for this issue? Are you unable to log into the account that you used to create the assignments? If you need to reset your password, you can do so here.

If you go to the Teacher Dashboard on this account, are you able to see your classes there?

I think i just had two different usernames because the email address has always been the same for both accounts. At this point i think i just need to know how to give the kids the code for this account because although i do see most of their names i dont wana assign work from this account until im sure all students have the corrrct code.

Email addresses have to be unique to each account, so it's not possible to have two accounts with the same email address on both. That being said, it sounds like you may have just changed your display on the account, which wouldn't have created an entirely new account.

If you need your students to connect to this account, you will need to visit the Teacher Dashboard and click on one of your classes. From within the class, click the Students tab. In the top-right corner you should see the class code to give your students.
