My child has an account, but when I am trying to add myself as a coach by entering your email address on their "Coaches" tab, there is NO such tab on my child account page!
I am trying connect my child's Khan account to be a coach by email and typing my child's email it's saying "We don't see that email in our system. Try again, or have your child log in."

If you're not able to add your child's account from your Parent Dashboard, you may want to have your child try adding you as a parent from within their account.
To do this, you will need to visit the Teachers tab on your child's profile page. Here, you can enter your email under the "Add a teacher" section. This should then link your accounts and allow you to view your child's activity from the Parent Dashboard.
If your child is under 13, they will need to add you in their Account Settings instead of the Teachers page.
