I had a tough time understanding the questions for this passage. For example, whenever the questions asked for the normal force, I thought it meant (cos of the angle) but in the examples, it stated sine was the answer. so, if someone could help me understand the passage and why I got the majority of the questions wrong, it would be really helpful.

In my experience, I've noticed that the Support Community - due to the fact that it's primarily centered around technical issues and contest requests - is used less for studying (though there's a forum specifically for it: https://khanacademy.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/topics/115000487007) than the comment sections below videos and articles on the main Khan Academy website.
Since lots of people are viewing the content and learning at the same time, those comment sections under videos and articles are full of people that may be able to answer your questions and help you better understand what you are studying. The Khan Academy comment section community is usually quite responsive, so you'll likely get a quick response.
