When I try to do the "what's up next for you" and try to open the math exercise, I get the following error after moments loading:
"Error making task progress
We encountered an error while attempting to make progress in this task; please try again later."
I've been trying the whole week. Nothing happens. Please fix this, or let me know a way around.
I am having issues with this too on every exercise I try, but not on articles or videos. I am using a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S8. However using an emulated Google Pixel 2 XL through BlueStacks (A Windows based Android emulator) I have had no problems. So I think that this is a problem with certain phones/tablets only.
Please, everyone who has this problem, look for Report a problem near the top of this page to the right of center and send in this error. Give them as many details as you can about your device and what kind of content it’s happening on. If enough people complain, they should know it’s something they have to work on fixing.
If you have reported a problem and they either never answered you at all or gave you a very vague answer, report it again. Make sure they have your correct email address and that you don’t have any issues with this email address such as your inbox being full. And check your spam folder. (If you need to know how to check your spam folder, please Google for specific instructions for your email software or use Help within that software.)
I found the problem with my app. It was caused by Google Play not providing the most up to date version of the app to my device. The latest app version is 5.2.4
You can find your app version by accessing your profile in the app then touching the setting cog in the top right of your screen and scrolling down. When you submit your ticket make sure to give them your app version.
@Simon Pratt: My Android version is 5.2.3, and according to the Google Play Store, that is the latest version. However, I am using it on a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S7), and my operating system is not the most recent (it’s Oreo 8, but I am being prompted to install a newer one). Are you using a tablet? And are you using a version later than Oreo 8? If you don’t know the answer to the last question, don’t worry.)
